Altra

Private beta terms

Terms of Service

These terms govern private beta use of Altra by professional wedding planners and planner teams.

Private beta access

Altra is currently an invite-only private beta for professional wedding planners. Access may be limited, modified, paused, or revoked while the product is being tested and improved.

  • You must use a real planner account and keep credentials, invite codes, and connected integrations secure.
  • Beta access is not transferable without Altra approval.
  • Billing is off for the private beta. The product is free during beta, and any future paid plans will be communicated before billing begins.

No uptime or SLA commitment

The private beta is provided for early access and product validation. We aim to operate it responsibly, but beta features may change, degrade, or be unavailable.

  • There is no guaranteed uptime, service-level agreement, or support response time during beta.
  • We may pause new planner invites, disable a workflow, or roll back a release if needed to protect planner data or product stability.
  • You should keep backup copies of business-critical wedding materials that cannot tolerate interruption.

Planner responsibility and AI review

Altra helps planners organize work and prepare drafts, recommendations, summaries, and actions. The planner remains responsible for professional judgment and final approval.

  • Review AI-generated text, summaries, vendor recommendations, timeline edits, budget suggestions, and outbound messages before using them.
  • Do not send, rely on, or commit AI-generated work without checking it against the wedding, vendor, couple, and contract context.
  • Altra is not a legal, financial, accounting, insurance, or professional compliance adviser.

Acceptable use

Use Altra only for lawful planner operations and beta testing. Do not misuse the product, integrations, or other planners' data.

  • Do not upload unlawful content, malware, payment card data, government IDs, health records, or data you are not allowed to process.
  • Do not attempt to bypass access controls, invite gates, tenant isolation, rate limits, security headers, or integration permissions.
  • Do not use Altra to spam vendors, impersonate someone else, scrape prohibited sources, or commit actions without required planner review.
  • Do not intentionally test cross-planner access or security boundaries outside a coordinated security review.

Third-party services

Some workflows rely on third-party platforms. Your use of those integrations may also be governed by their terms and privacy policies.

  • Supabase provides authentication, database, storage, and access-control infrastructure.
  • Vercel provides hosting, deployment infrastructure, logs, and Vercel Analytics.
  • OpenAI powers AI drafting, summarization, classification, and orchestration features.
  • Google OAuth APIs power Google sign-in and planner-authorized calendar, contacts, or inbox workflows.
  • Firecrawl and Exa support vendor discovery and enrichment workflows when used.
  • The configured email provider or connected Google account may be used for planner-approved outbound email workflows.

Data ownership, export, and deletion

Planners retain responsibility for the customer, vendor, project, and event data they add to Altra. During beta, export and deletion are available through the documented support workflow.

  • Workspace export is available from Settings > Workspace as planner-scoped JSON.
  • Deletion requests are handled through support until self-serve account deletion is implemented.
  • Support may verify account ownership and offer export before deletion.
  • Some logs, audit records, backups, or security records may be retained as needed for safety, legal, or operational reasons.

Support and incidents

Use support@meetaltra.com for beta issues, export requests, deletion requests, suspected incidents, or privacy questions.

  • Include your planner account email, workspace name, affected project/vendor/file when known, reproduction steps, browser/device, and timestamp.
  • If a data exposure, unauthorized integration access, lost data, or unintended AI action is suspected, Altra may pause invites or disable the affected workflow while investigating.

Changes to these terms

The beta product and these terms may change as Altra moves toward broader production availability. Continued beta use after updated terms are published means you accept the updated terms.
